Lisa LaVigne, CIPP/US, CIPM, PLS
Lisa LaVigne is an in-house attorney certified as a Privacy Law Specialist by the American Bar Association. LaVigne holds the distinction of being the first Tennessee Licensed Attorney to earn the Privacy Legal Specialist designation. LaVigne holds the CIPP/US and CIPM designations. LaVigne has been a practicing attorney since 2005 and has worked primarily in the highly regulated industries of Government, Financial Services, and Healthcare. As in house-counsel, LaVigne leverages her knowledge to assist lines of business in new projects, daily operational issues, litigation, and transactional work. LaVigne has served on the Board of Directors for the Memphis Bar Association, as a Hearing Officer for the Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility, and is currently serving as a Committee Chair for the Charlotte Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel. In addition, LaVigne is active in the Leadership Counsel on Legal Diversity. LaVigne has been published in the Specialty Pharmacy Times and has served as speaker for Global Advocaten and the Association of Corporate Counsel. In her free time, LaVigne serves her community through the Junior League of Charlotte and has earned an award for her service through the League for her work with the Ronald McDonald House of Charlotte.
