About the IAPP

Helen specialises in cyber risk and breach response. She has experience in advising insurers on coverage in respect of breaches of data protection and privacy law, as well as coordinating the response to a number of data breaches involving telecommunication providers, retailers and educational institutions. She regularly advises clients on data protection obligations and provides training on data protection and privacy law, cyber insurance and breach response. Helen is currently working with a number of clients to develop and implement compliance programmes in advance of the implementation of the new European General Data Protection Regulation.
