Partner at TozziniFreire Advogados, Marcela has broad experience in corporate law, focusing her practice on the intellectual property & privacy, telecommunications & technology , and entertainment industries. Graduate of the Law School of PUC-SP (Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo), she has an LLM degree from Cornell University, USA, and also studied International Business and Business Law at the University of California, USA. Marcela is recommended by international legal guides such as Chambers Global and Chambers Latin America, The Legal 500 and Expert Guides. She also won the Americas Women in Business Law Awards 2016 for Best Lawyer in Intellectual Property in Latin America.
