About the IAPP

Thomas Fou is co-founder and CEO of Strata Consulting.  Thomas has more than 20 years of experience with infrastructure, networking, security, and compliance. He has a deep passion for helping companies building secure and scalable security programs.  Thomas has consulted with companies ranging in size from small startups to large enterprises in the areas of security and compliance. He received a bachelor’s of science degree in Electrical Engineering and Computational Mathematics from the University of California, Riverside.  Thomas currently holds certifications in CISSP, CISM and CRISC.
