About the IAPP

Lindsey Barrett is a staff attorney and teaching fellow at the IPR Communications & Technology Clinic at Georgetown Law. Before joining IPR, she was the Georgetown Policy Fellow at Future of Privacy Forum. In law school, Lindsey worked for Facebook's Privacy & Public Policy group, the Office of Management and Budget, the Department of Justice, and EPIC. Her work has been published in the NYU Review of Law & Social Change, the Georgetown Law Journal, the Santa Clara High Technology Law Journal and the Georgetown Law Technology Review, of which she was the Managing Editor and co-founder. She received her B.A. from Duke with honors, and her law degree from Georgetown.
