Judicaël Phan is VP Legal, Associate GC and global DPO at Ubisoft. He manages different teams dedicated to data & privacy, tech & security, workplace and innovation. Ubisoft is a leading producer, publisher and distributor of interactive entertainments and services with a rich portfolio of world-renowned brands (e.g., Rayman, Just Dance, Watch Dogs, Assassin's Creed, The Rabbids) and with more 500 millions of players around the world.



He is a lecturer at the CNAM, Mines-Telecom & SciencesPo too.



Before joining Ubisoft, Judicaël was Privacy Director at Criteo and he held various positions at different departments (inspections and legal affairs) of the CNIL - the French Data Protection Authority - during 8 years.
