About the IAPP

In her current position as Attorney Data Privacy Mrs. Huber is responsible for the privacy and data protection issues in the Europe Region including amongst others the company’s GDPR implementation strategy, contract management, DPIAs and individual rights’ fulfilment.

 

Mrs. Huber was appointed Manager Public Affairs for the Germany District in 2011 and was in charge of the political network of the UPS facilities in Southern Germany. She was in charge of safeguarding inner city access and promoted UPS’ implementation of electric vehicles all over Germany. Beside that she acted as contact person for all levels of officials regarding transport related issues.

 

Mrs. Huber has been employed by UPS since May 2007. In her function as legal assistant within the PA department, located in the capital office in Berlin, she accompanied the postal developments in Germany and was involved in various German and European lawsuits. She represented the company in various working groups and established and strengthened the network to all levels of Government and Parliament.
