Monique N. Fergerson Brown is a Data Privacy Lawyer in the legal department of Deutsche Bank. Prior to joining Deutsche Bank, Monique was employed at FIS as Corporate Compliance and Privacy Counsel. She is an attorney with over 15 years of legal experience with Fortune 500 companies, governmental agencies and private law firms. Monique is a native of Charleston, South Carolina and a graduate of the University of South Carolina - School of Law. She is a member of the South Carolina State Bar, Alabama State Bar, and is authorized counsel in the State of Florida.
Monique is certified by the International Association of Privacy Professionals as a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP-US), Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) and Fellow of Information Privacy (FIP).
