Min-Jae Lee is the Chief Privacy Officer at Quantcast, where she is responsible for driving the company’s privacy-first approach and helping brands and publishers manage consumer consent. Prior to joining Quantcast, Min-Jae was Senior Director, Privacy Counsel at The Trade Desk, where she served as lead privacy counsel and oversaw the company’s global privacy program. During her time at the company, Min-Jae navigated and addressed the challenges of GDPR, CCPA and the industry’s major privacy developments.

Prior to The Trade Desk, Min-Jae spent time at technology and media companies like Spotify and Adobe Systems Inc., advising on complex data privacy and product compliance issues in both B2B and B2C areas. Earlier in her career, she co-founded an affiliate-marketing company specializing in luxury goods, that is now owned by Group Nine Media.

Min-Jae began her legal career at Arnold & Porter LLP. She earned her Juris Doctor from Stanford Law School, where she completed clinical work with the Center for Internet and Society and her Bachelor of Arts from Columbia University. In her free time, Min-Jae likes to paddleboard and hike with her dogs, Liam and Penny.
