A former senior partner with Greenberg Traurig, P.A., Luis Salazar is a partner at Infante, Zumpano, Hudson & Miloch, LLC, and practices in the areas of corporate reorganizations, bankruptcy, complex litigation, new media and data privacy, and chairs the firm's Corporate Reorganization and Bankruptcy Department.

Described as one of South Florida's "legal elite" by Miami's Daily Business Review, Salazar counsels diverse clients, guiding them through difficult, even crisis, situations'from bet-the-company litigation to surviving severe financial distress and dealing with the consequences of data breaches.

Earlier in the decade, he drafted the Privacy Policy Enforcement in Bankruptcy Act of 2001, which prohibits bankrupt companies from misusing consumers' private information and requires the appointment of an ombudsman to protect consumer privacy rights.
