Michelle Kisloff is a partner with Hogan Lovells, and the leader of the firm's Privacy Litigation practice. She counsels and defends companies facing claims and business risks arising from their data privacy practices and from data security breaches. Michelle defends class actions and other litigation, represents companies in investigations by the Federal Trade Commission and state attorneys general, and guides clients in working with law enforcement investigations of criminal hacks and data breaches. She also helps companies conduct internal investigations and assessments related to data protection and security. Michelle frequently advises companies on issues of insurance coverage and director and officer indemnification. She is based in Washington, DC.
