Tracy Kosa is a Senior Program Manager at Google working on privacy features for Cloud Platform and a member of the Research Board for the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).  She completed her doctoral studies in Computer Science while working at Microsoft running the global privacy compliance program.  Her research is focused on the application of models to measuring privacy, but she has also worked on trust, consent and most recently enforcement.  Tracy is actively involved with the startup, nonprofit and advocacy communities.
