Julie O'Neill
Julie O'Neill is Of Counsel to Collier Shannon Scott's Advertising Law Group. Ms. O'Neill advises clients on compliance with state and federal privacy and information security laws, and she is a regular contributor on U.S. privacy law developments to two international privacy law publications. She also counsels clients in all areas of state and federal consumer trade regulation law, including advertising, all forms of direct marketing, consumer credit, and sweepstakes and other promotions.
Prior to joining Collier Shannon, Ms. O'Neill was an associate at Arent Fox Kintner Plotkin & Kahn in Washington, DC. She also served as a staff attorney in the Federal Trade Commission's New York regional office, where she investigated violations of federal antitrust and consumer protection law.
