Joyce Yeager, CIPP/US, CIPM, CIPT, FIP
Admitted to practice in Missouri, Kansas, the District of Columbia, and Texas, Ms. Yeager is also a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) and Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM). She has participated as a speaker for many educational events and is an editor and published author.
Ms. Yeager is an Assistant Attorney General at the Office of the Attorney General in the U.S. state of Missouri. Ms. Yeager leads a team of attorneys who address privacy law and data security incidents. She also works with complex, multi-state consumer litigation in the consumer protection division and leads the multistate investigation unit. In addition to privacy law, she has extensive experience in appellate law, research and briefing, credit reporting, pricing, consumer law, and complex litigation.
