About the IAPP

Denise Lebeau-Marianna is a partner in Baker & McKenzie's Paris office. She advises on the legal aspects of personal data protection, and is a member of the firm's Global Privacy Steering Committee. Lebeau-Marianna also has expertise in IT matters and in particular in computer and Internet law. She is experienced in contentious and non-contentious IT issues, as well as the transactional aspects of IT contracts. She assists clients in negotiating and drafting complex contracts in IT matters (software license, maintenance, outsourcing, facilities management and consulting), electronic commerce, electronic signature and intellectual property (audit or reorganization of IPRs in the context of a merger or acquisition).



Lebeau-Marianna is the member of various IT associations. She is also a member of the IAPP's European Advisory Board, the Amcham Privacy Group and the ICC Privacy Task Force.
