About the IAPP

Mehmet Munur is an attorney at the Software Group of IBM. He concentrates his practice in the areas of technology, software licensing, and information privacy and security. Mehmet also has extensive background in financial services regulation.



Munur works on contracts for contracts for internet-based services, including drafting and negotiating software licenses, terms of use, privacy policies, and other technology agreements. He also regularly advises clients on technology outsourcing agreements, servicing, financing and payments.



Munur graduated from Capital University Law School (JD, magna cum laude) and is admitted to the Ohio bar. He also graduated from Ohio Wesleyan University (BA, cum laude).
