Alan is responsible for the Global Compliance, Privacy and Security function for the group.  Within his organization are the Global Audit Team, the CISO team, Risk Operations,  The Incident Response Team, the Global Privacy Office and Compliance Analytics and Reporting.

Alan reports to both the Chief Legal and Compliance officer and to the Audit Committee of Board of Directors of the group.



Boards and Committees:  Chairs the Global Compliance and Security Council for TP, Member of the I.A.P.P, Member of Center for Information Policy Leadership (CIPL)  and Sits on the GDPR Implementation Committee.  Member of the U.S. Dept of Homeland Security Cyber Security Task Force.

Extensive operational experience leading global teams in the Financial Services, Healthcare and Telecommunications sectors Citibank  US Cards – Sr Vice President Card Services – Responsible for both domestic and off shore Customer Care Operations in the U.S., India , Philippines, Puerto Rico, Costa Rico, Guatemala and Mexico with a total of 3,500 FTECreditOne Bank ( First National Bank of Marin)  Vice President of Customer Care for the Sub Prime marketSprint PCS, Vice President  of Customer Care – Responsible for leading the Care function for one of the largest telecommunications companies in the U.S.  Managed domestic and international operations outsourced centers with a total of 17,000 FTE. Express Scripts (PBM) – Lead the Patient Care function for the company.  Responsible for managing 7 care centers across the U.S.  with a total of 1,200 FTE handling inbound and Outbound Consumer, Pharmacy, Prior Auths, Step-Therapy and Enrolment/Eligibility calls.  Serviced private organizations and state and federal government contracts.Pacific Pulmonary Services – Held several roles as Senior Vice President (COO Role)  for the company including: Corporate Compliance, Information Technology, Revenue Cycle Management, Patient Care, Learning and Development, Program Management Office and Corporate Strategy and Communications
