About the IAPP

Patricia Bailin is Head of Privacy for Datavant, which provides on-premise de-identification and data linking software to healthcare companies. Prior to Datavant, she was the Director of Privacy for Product and Engineering at Acxiom and the Privacy Officer for its subsidiary, LiveRamp. She began her career in data privacy as a Westin Research Fellow at the IAPP. Bailin has a BA from Wellesley College and an MA in Business Security and Technology Policy from the Fletcher School at Tufts University.
