Ryan Blaney
Ryan P. Blaney is a partner with Cozen O'Connor in Washington, DC. Ryan counsels on privacy issues with an emphasis on the healthcare, life-sciences, medical-device and wellness industries. Corporations rely on him to draft and negotiate privacy agreements, provide HIPAA advice, manage breach responses and defend litigations. In addition, Ryan guides venture capitalists, private equity funds and investors in connection with healthcare financing, mergers and acquisitions and restructuring.
Ryan is co-editor of Cozen O'Connor's Health Law Informer blog and earned his B.A., M.Ed., J.D. from the University of Notre Dame. Ryan also spent a year studying international law in London.
