About the IAPP

Emily Leach provides privacy consulting services as an independent contractor after spending the past five years at Blueprint Technologies (formerly Ethos Privacy) building the Ethos Adaptive Privacy Platform and consulting enterprise and SMB clients for on projects ranging from building a privacy program from scratch to strategic planning. She is on the IAPP training faculty, conducting public and private online and in-person training on US, European and foundational privacy and data protection. Emily has worked in privacy and data protection for more than 15 years, spending 11 years at the IAPP building and managing its online Resource Center and as editor of the Privacy Tracker, among other responsibilities. Emily holds both CIPP/US and CIPP/E certifications from the IAPP.
