Matt Valley
Matt Valley, CIPT, is the Programming and Speaker Coordinator, at the IAPP. His main duty is to assist in session programing at IAPP Conferences. Matt is also a member of the IAPP's Social Media team and writes the content for Prudence the Privacy Pro.
Prior to joining the IAPP, he attended New England College, where he earned his BA in English, and BA in Creative Writing. Matt was a Pitcher for the NEC Baseball team, earning selections to the Chi Alpha Sigma National Honor Society, and a spot on the 2013 Northern Athletic Conference First Team All-Academic roster. In his spare time, Matt is still active in the game of baseball, coaching an AAU team and providing pitching lessons. He continues to write, with publications appearing in multiple anthologies.
