About the IAPP

Olivier Haas has extensive experience as a lawyer in the fields of technology and intellectual property. His practice is focused on IT, internet and e-commerce, telecommunications, and data protection.



For more than 15 years he has advised French and international businesses in connection with their technology and digital content-related projects.



Olivier is regularly involved in the negotiation of outsourcing deals as well as IT and data migration projects towards cloud-based environments. He also frequently advises on cross-border data processing projects.



Olivier has a strong scientific background. He holds two engineering degrees and worked for aerospace companies before becoming a lawyer.
