Jon Neiditz leads the Big Data, Privacy and Cybersecurity Practice at information law firm Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP, and blogs at www.datalaw.net and at https://www.linkedin.com/in/informationmanagementlaw. For many organizations adopting big data strategies or otherwise looking for new ways to protect knowledge assets, Jon has developed and helped to implement comprehensive overhauls of a wide range of policies governing corporate, customer and third party information, including privacy, e-communications, trade secrets, surveillance, retention, security, and defensible disposal programs, plus compliance initiatives and audits under those programs. Jon is currently exploring ways in which behavioral economics can make reasonable security work better.
