About the IAPP

Lacey Batalov is a Manager with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada’s (OPC) Government Advisory Directorate. She has been with the OPC for 6 years and has extensive experience in proactive privacy risk analysis. She is responsible for providing advice to government institutions related to initiatives which may have an impact on privacy, including during the review of Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs).  She is also responsible for stakeholder relations related to privacy risk analysis and PIAs.
