Bénédicte Dambrine, CIPP/E, CIPP/US



Privacy Counsel

Bénédicte Dambrine is a Privacy Counsel at OneTrust. She works closely with the Director of Privacy to handle the company’s internal privacy program. She also enables customers to come up with the most efficient response to their privacy regulatory needs, focusing particularly on European regulations, and drafts and negotiates a broad range of commercial agreements for customers. Prior to joining OneTrust, Bénédicte was at the Future of Privacy Forum, a DC based non-profit organization that serves as a catalyst for privacy leadership and scholarship, advancing principled data practices in support of emerging technologies across industries.  She also worked at an international law firm in Paris where she advised on data protection and corporate matters.
Bénédicte is admitted to the Paris Bar and California Bar. She is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/E, CIPP/US) and is on the IAPP Women Leading Privacy Advisory Board. She holds her Master in Business Law from Université Paris II Panthéon Assas and an LLM in International Law from DePaul University.
