John Kharouf, CIPP/E
John Kharouf serves as in-house Privacy Counsel for Thomson Reuters. Previously he served as the privacy attorney at Ceridian Corporation. John’s experience with international IT software companies exposes him to the global privacy landscape, and in particular the areas of GDPR, data localization, data transfers, and biometrics. He is a member of the Minnesota State bar and holds a CIPP/E credential. He has spoken about and taught privacy law at local Minnesota universities, including the University of Minnesota Law School and at the MBA program for the University of St. Thomas.
