About the IAPP

Stuart Levi is co-head of the Intellectual Property and Technology Group at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom and head of the firm's Privacy and Cybersecurity Group.  Stuart advises companies on how to monetize data while remaining compliant with privacy laws, and assists companies in designing privacy compliance policies, establishing cybersecurity preparedness programs, and coordinating data breach responses.  Stuart also works with companies on blockchain projects, and is outside counsel to the Blockchain Trust Accelerator which brings together funders, technical experts, civil society leaders, advisers and entrepreneurs to make social impact Blockchain applications a reality.
