About the IAPP

Nicholas Cheung leads the Privacy Services area of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants (CICA), where he is responsible for the development and implementation of projects related to assurance services. In this capacity, Nicholas focuses on raising awareness of privacy resources and services offered by Chartered Accountants.



Nicholas is a member of the AICPA/CICA Privacy Task Force, which includes privacy and IT specialists from the major accounting firms in North America, and the Advisory Board for IAPP Canada. He is a contributing author for The Canadian Privacy and Data Security Toolkit for Small and Medium Enterprises.
