Dori Kuchinsky
Dori Anne Kuchinsky is Assistant General Counsel – Privacy at AOL where she counsels on a broad range of global privacy and data security issues. Prior to joining AOL, Dori was Assistant General Counsel Litigation and Global Privacy at W.R. Grace and a Senior Attorney at Cahill Gordon and Reindel in their New York and Washington, DC offices. Dori has been a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals since 2010 and is the Co-Founder and Co-Chair of the Association of Corporate Counsel’s Data Privacy and Security Forum for the National Capital Region and an Advisory Board Member of the Georgetown Cybersecurity Law Institute. Dori is a frequent speaker on data privacy and security issues, as well as eDiscovery and other litigation-related topics. She is a graduate of Vassar College and St. John’s University School of Law, where she was a Member of the Law Review.
