Rob is the President of Encompass Privacy Solutions, a full service privacy consultancy based in the nation’s capital. With over 27 years experience in the federal public service, Rob has assessed, developed, implemented and led privacy programs at the Canada Border Services Agency, Global Affairs Canada, and the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat. A self-described pragmatist, Rob seeks compliance solutions that protect individual privacy while enhancing business competitiveness.
