About the IAPP

Steve Fraley is the Privacy Director at Western Digital, the world’s largest provider of data storage solutions. Steve is responsible for ensuring that all products marketed under the SanDisk, HGST and Western Digital brands comply with applicable privacy laws worldwide. Steve is also responsible for all GDPR-related policies and procedures, as well as the company’s privacy awareness training program. Steve previously worked at Latham & Watkins where he was In-House counsel responsible for privacy, security and data governance.
