Stephen Esch
Steve Esch, CIPP/US, CIPP/G, CIPM, is a consultant and the CEO of Steve Esch & Associates, a group focused on providing privacy consulting and training to companies, organizations and individuals, and offering solutions to help minimize risks, exposures and potential liabilities associated with identity theft, identity fraud and data breaches.
Esch's experience includes offering training and presentations for continuing legal education credits to attorneys, discussing the topics of identity theft and employer liability exposures. Esch has appeared on a special PBS TV broadcast on identity theft to discuss the growing threat it poses and has spoken before law enforcement officers and officials, public government officials and others on the growing threats posed by identity theft, identity fraud and data breaches.
Esch is also a Certified Identity Theft Risk Management Specialist (CITRMS) and a paralegal, with a focus on privacy law. His firm has a strong passion for the field and is committed to helping develop a growing pool of professionals to serve in the privacy field.
