She has considerable experience in providing complex advice to entrepreneurs as regards intellectual property law, media and advertising law and in regulatory issues concerning the introduction of products onto the market. She has advised Polish and foreign capital groups from various sectors concerning many aspects of the protection of information, including the processing of personal data, and she has represented clients in administrative proceedings before the Inspector General for the Protection of Personal Data. Her professional experience includes having advised entrepreneurs form the following sectors: marketing, advertising, media, FMCG, HR, pharmaceutical, food services, industrial, automotive, IT and toy manufacturers. She has authored numerous business publications, both domestic and foreign, particularly in the field of personal data protection. She has participated and spoken at many conferences and workshops in the field of personal data protection and media and advertising.
