Don Aplin
Donald G. Aplin is Bloomberg BNA Managing Editor of Privacy and Data Security News. He has been covering the privacy and security beat for a decade at BBNA and been a legal editor at BBNA for 17 years. Before becoming a legal journalist, Don practiced in a small Washington law firm representing plaintiffs in EEO cases. For ten years before that, Don was an Attorney with the Public Interest Group of the Government Accountability Project, representing whistle-blowers. Don is in his 29th year as an Adjunct Professor of Legal Rhetoric and Writing at the Washington College of Law at American University.
