Richard Santalesa is a founding member of the SmartEdgeLaw Group, a boutique CT law firm focused on techlaw, data security and privacy matters for clients ranging from startups to the Fortune 100. Recently he was appointed the new head of the Bortstein Legal Group’s Data Security and Privacy practice area, based in New York City. Rich is former co-chair of the IAPP’s Connecticut KnowledgeNet, Chair of the American Bar Association SciTech Section Social Networking Committee and a prolific author and speaker on information security and privacy matters.
