Diane E. Tucker, CIPP/C , is sole proprietor of DET et al., a privacy consulting and dispute resolution business in Vancouver, BC; she is also Privacy Officer for City Opera Vancouver. She has been a member of the State Bar of California since 1978, and in-house counsel to high-tech companies in both California and British Columbia. Between 1983 and 2006 she was an adjunct professor in law, business and paralegal schools in the San Francisco Bay Area and Greater Vancouver.
