Nancy C. Libin is a partner at Davis Wright Tremaine LLP, where she co-chairs the Technology, Communications, Privacy & Security practice. A former chief privacy and civil liberties officer of the U.S. Department of Justice, and counsel to then-Senator Joe Biden on the Senate Judiciary Committee, Nancy also represents clients in agency proceedings and testifies before state legislatures regarding privacy legislation.
