Charles Cresson Wood, Esq., JD, MBA, MSE, CISA, CISSP, CISM, CGEIT, is an independent information security and privacy consultant based in Mendocino, California. He has been in the field for approximately 40 years, has done this work with over 125 organizations, and he is the author of the well-known book entitled Information Security Policies Made Easy. Charles specializes in the development/documentation of infrastructure components in support of information security and privacy, including policies, standards, guidelines, contingency plans, corporate governance systems, incentive systems, outsourcing agreements, as well as training and awareness materials.
