About the IAPP

Ann Bevitt is a London-based partner in Cooley’s cyber/data/privacy practice. She assists clients with all aspects of privacy and data security compliance and risk management, and advises on issues such as effecting data transfers, drafting privacy policies and fair processing notices, rolling out new technologies in the workplace, contractual arrangements with third party service providers, electronic marketing, monitoring employees, dealing with e-discovery, handling regulatory investigations, responding to data subject requests and notifying breaches. Ann works with emerging through to public company clients from industry sectors such as technology, biotechnology and pharmaceuticals, venture capital and private equity, insurance, hotel and leisure, music, banking and financial services, and recruitment and employment.
