About the IAPP

Kavya Mohankumar is Associate General Counsel for Privacy and Corporate at Rodan + Fields in San Francisco. Ms. Mohankumar is IAPP/US certified and is responsible for ensuring Rodan + Fields’ compliance with several privacy regimes, including the CCPA (California). Ms. Mohankumar also heads the commercial transactions relating to direct and indirect vendor services. Ms. Mohankumar serves on the leadership team of the Information Governance Network of the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC).
