About the IAPP

As a Social Cognitive & Transformational Psychologist, Celine provides insights to the behavioural change and learning required for teams to embrace change initiatives. In her current role as Head of Learning and Development in Straits Interactive (Singapore), she focuses on helping businesses meet operational compliance as well as training IAPP’s privacy certification courses. 



Celine’s years of experience included a senior leadership and management role in MindChamps Singapore, where she headed training and program development. Being a key member of the international expansion team as well as a regional trainer of trainers, Celine is familiar and experienced with the behavioural change required in implementation as well as sustainability of programmes and initiatives.



Throughout her career, Celine has won accolades and employee leadership awards for learning and training innovation. She has extensive training experience internationally and specialises in the social, emotional and cognitive aspects of learning. She is also an executive coach to senior executives in multinational as well as regional companies.
