About the IAPP

Mr. Jones serves as Senior Director, Legal Counsel to Alliance Data Systems subsidiary Epsilon Data Management LLC, a Texas firm specializing in targeted marketing, analytics and data services, where he practices in support of technology and privacy related matters.  Mr. Jones previously served in-house at MoneyGram International, Inc., where he focused on privacy law matters with an emphasis in online and emerging technologies, including mobile technologies.  Mr. Jones served in the AT&T legal department for more than 11 years in regulatory, litigation, transactional and legislative roles.  He also served as in-house counsel to Sprint and a privately held telecommunications firm serving the law enforcement sector.  Mr. Jones holds an economics degree from Kansas State University and a law degree from the University of Kansas.
