Robert O'Hara

Experienced employment attorney, HR counselor and business partner. Former trial lawyer with 20 years of in-house experience for a multinational company with 225,000 employees in 165 countries where he was responsible for employment law and global HR compliance. He was a significant contributor to U.S. Congress’ negotiations on the Americans with Disabilities Act amendments and Section 503 disability regulations. He has conducted countless workplace investigations, several hundred Department of Labor audits, and pay equity reviews. Experienced in ESG, OSHA matters and is certified in AI for business. He has helped draft ethical principles and third-party certification protocols for AI in hiring. He is a Fellow in The College of Labor and Employment Lawyers and is the former Management Chair of the ABA’s National EEO Committee.
