About the IAPP

Nguyen is the Deputy General Counsel at Bolt Financial, Inc., a venture-backed fintech payments startup where he leads a team of attorneys and legal professionals responsible for Product, Privacy, Compliance, and IP. Prior to Bolt, Nguyen was an Associate General Counsel at Meta/Facebook supporting the company's digital payments products for content creators across the Meta family of apps. He was also a Senior Counsel at Apple where he was the global legal lead for Apple's digital commerce platform, retail payments, and embedded consumer finance products. Prior to moving to California to join Apple, he was based in Washington, DC where he was a Counsel at Bingham McCutchen supporting a wide range of telecom, media, and technology clients.
