Deb is a Partner at Gatmaytan Yap Patacsil Gutierrez and Protacio (C&G Law) in the Philippines. Deb practices general corporate, commercial and M&A transactions, data protection, technology and telecommunications law. She has assisted a number of multinational clients including those in the EU and UK in conducting data privacy compliance audits, data breach notifications and compliance checks conducted by the local regulator, training and seminars, review and drafting of privacy policies, forms and transfer agreements as well as given legal advice on data transfer assessment, requirements and issues. She has been recognized as a Client’s Choice Lawyer in 2022 by Asia Legal Business and has been a contributor for Data Guidance: Global Privacy Compliance.
