About the IAPP

Neel Desai is a Vice President with the Cyber Practice of Lockton’s Atlanta office. He has 12 years of experience both as a practicing attorney and subsequently with several insurance carriers overseeing the handling of cyber and technology errors and omissions claims prior to joining Lockton in August of 2021.  He has handled large data breach claims and privacy litigation and now advises clients on their cyber insurance programs and privacy exposure, including as it pertains to new state privacy laws going into effect in 2023. Neel is admitted to practice law in the state of New York and combines his legal and insurance experience to best tailor network security/privacy risk transfer for clients while ensuring they remain educated on the privacy and cyber market landscape throughout the year.
