About the IAPP

Nick Studley is a Vice President in the Cyber Practice Group at Marsh Canada. In this role, Mr. Studley is responsible for advising on and placing cyber insurance and technology errors and omissions (E&O) coverage for companies of all sizes. Prior to Marsh, Mr. Studley was with Chubb Insurance Company of Canada and Allianz Global Corporate and Specialty where he was responsible for underwriting multiple financial lines products, including cyber risk and technology E&O. Mr. Studley holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Queen’s University and a JD from the University of Toronto. During law school, Mr. Studley held positions with the Canadian Internet Policy and Public Interest Clinic (CIPPIC), the University of Toronto’s Department of Information Security and with Shearman & Sterling.
