About the IAPP

Danielle Kehl is a Principal Privacy Counsel at Cruise, an autonomous vehicle company based in San Francisco, CA. At Cruise, Danielle advises on a wide range of privacy issues, including state privacy laws, artificial intelligence, digital advertising and marketing, and children's privacy laws. Prior to joining Cruise, Danielle was a member of the Data Privacy & Cybersecurity group at Covington & Burling and clerked for the Honorable Michelle T. Friedland on the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. She received her BA from Yale College and her JD from Harvard Law School.
