After a research masters program he wrote his PhD on Online identities and profiling. Arnold has extensive experience as a consultant for governmental and commercial organisations, and is specialized in bridging the gap between technological and legal aspects of privacy. Arnold has written several international publications and is a well-known speaker and panelist.
