About the IAPP

Nick Hartley (Assistant General Counsel, Pitney Bowes) has worked as a technology and transactional attorney for over 10 years supporting multinational organizations. Providing advice and implementing policy and procedures on a broad range of issues, including CCPA, GDPR, and other state data privacy laws. In addition, he has been responsible for coordinating security breach responses, consumer and regulator notifications, and trainings on how to avoid the pitfalls of data loss or security breach.
